Shipping Policy

For extra hygiene, all masks will be delivered in a sealed plastic bag.

Most items are dispatched 3-5 days from order. Delivery may be longer at busy times.

​

We aim to dispatch clothing items 7-10 days from order. If an item is required sooner please send us a message and we will try to improve the lead time.

The majority of items are made to order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene & personal safety reasons face masks are non returnable unless unopened or faulty.

​

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products and services we supply. Should you have a query with your order, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible so we can help you and resolve any issues straight away.

All Fresh Start clothing items ordered through our website are made to order and are therefore considered “bespoke orders” (even when not personalised with a name). Therefore, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • An item is received faulty or damaged

  • An item is received incorrectly (wrong size, colour, style etc)

Sadly we cannot accept exchanges for style or size.
