All Ouessant Society clothing items ordered through our website are made to order and are therefore considered “bespoke orders” (even when not personalised with a name). Therefore, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:
- An item is received faulty or damaged
- An item is received incorrectly (wrong size, colour, style etc)
Sadly we cannot accept exchanges for style or size.
